A friend gave me the number of Bob at New Image, and the prices Bob quoted me were easily 2/3 of what I’d been quoted by the well-known local company we’d previously used, and for a higher quality system (I later learned that many of the New Image’s employees had left our old HVAC company after a change in ownership; one of the installers showed me his initials on maintenance tags from before we’d owned our house!). Installation was great — the removal of our old system and installation of the new one took place in a single day. They left the basement cleaner than they’d found it Our subsequent maintenance visits have been good as well. Looking back, I think of receiving New image’s number from that friend to have been a great piece of luck.
