A New Image was the contractor referred to me by Home Depot. Their service rep, Gabe, was wonderful! On-time, the professional, answered all my questions, suggested a service that I probably should do, but didn’t pressure me to do it right now. Money’s tight for everyone these days. But when I’m able, I’ll definitely be calling them again (or Home Depot…have to figure out how that works!). And I’ll be sure to call them for my furnace tune-up before winter!

I had sticker shock when our HVAC gave up the ghost and needed replacing 4 years ago. A friend gave me the number of Bob at New Image, and the prices Bob quoted me were easily 2/3 of what I’d been quoted by the well-known local company we’d previously used, and for a higher quality system (I later learned that many of the New Image’s employees had left our old HVAC company after a change in ownership; one of the installers showed me his initials on maintenance tags from before we’d owned our house!). Installation was great — the removal of our old system and installation of the new one took place in a single day. They left the basement cleaner than they’d found it Our subsequent maintenance visits have been good as well. Looking back, I think of receiving New image’s number from that friend to have been a great piece of luck.

My hvac was only blowing warm air. I called at 0730 and by 1100 Cory Long was in my driveway. He diagnosed and fix the problem. Needed a new capacitor which he had on his truck.
